Supply Chain Transparency and Responsible Sourcing

At South Coast Fasteners, Inc., we are committed to conducting business in a lawful, ethical, and socially responsible manner. As a distributor of fasteners and industrial supplies, we maintain supply chain practices intended to support transparency, integrity, and responsible sourcing across our supplier relationships.

Our Supply Chain Practices

Although South Coast Fasteners, Inc. is not currently required by the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657) to disclose our supply chain practices, we voluntarily provide this statement to outline our approach to responsible sourcing. This disclosure reflects our commitment to transparency and accountability across our supply chain relationships. 

Supplier Standards

We expect our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, health and safety, and the environment. We prioritize working with manufacturers and vendors who demonstrate ethical business practices.

Human Trafficking and Forced Labor

We are opposed to all forms of human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor. While we do not conduct formal audits at this time, we rely on strong supplier relationships and periodic reviews to maintain confidence in our supply chain integrity.

Accountability and Compliance

Our procurement team conducts due diligence when onboarding new suppliers. We reserve the right to discontinue business with any supplier or buyer found to be in violation of applicable laws or our standards of conduct.

Training and Awareness

We provide internal training to applicable staff on ethical sourcing and supply chain risk to promote awareness and accountability across all operations.
